Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) is molded from beads into foam shapes or flat sheets. Semi-rigid and lightweight, expanded polystyrene provides impact protection for lightweight, fairly rugged products such as small appliances and cameras. EPS is relatively inexpensive and paricularly sutable for high volume applications. |
